Complete was started in 2012 with just six employees but quickly grew into the Gulf Coast's largest restoration and reconstruction firm. We expanded from our Pensacola office to three additional locations and added 60 team members to our company. We have always been dedicated to our core values – heart, ownership, excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
We knew our team needed to grow even more, and we were at capacity with what we could do here locally. We knew that partnering with a nationwide company would give us unparalleled ability to not only respond t our clients but also provide more growth and promotion opportunities for our team. We were approached by numerous companies interested in acquiring us.
We chose First OnSite because of the cultural fit. They are in growth mode, as we are. Their core values of Sense of Urgency, Gather and Grow Talent, Accountability, Do the Right Thing, and Have Fun, aligned well with our own. We could not have asked for a better partner with which to start our next chapter.
As Complete and First OnSite learned more about each other, we asked questions and dug through each other's history, values, goals, and missions. We all agreed it was a perfect fit. Our team has been incredibly adaptive and supportive, and everyone is excited for the next phase of our journey.
