Serving Since: 2017
Education: I went to Theodore High School and I graduated in 2015. After high school graduation, I attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College for two years.
I started in the insurance adjusting industry when Hurricane Irma struck Florida in 2017. I have adjusted/estimated claims involving wind, hail, fire, smoke, and water damages. After 8 months of adjusting I was moved up to become a manager over my own team of 10 adjusters. During busy times of the year, I was responsible for upwards of 300+ claims a week for my team. During the slow season, I was involved with the training team at Pilot to help adjusters with their soft skills and telecommunications skills.
What I love about my job: I love helping people get back to normality. Weather is not predictable and even when you think you are prepared, the storm may have another plan for the structures in its path. I put myself in customer's/insured's shoes and try to treat them the way I would want to be treated.
